Gananoque Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac (Gan Chev!) has been serving the community for over 40 years. In fact this spring marks 45 years in business for Gan Chev! For those of you who don’t know who we are we thought we would give you a glimpse into the Gan Chev team.

Here at Gan Chev we are all about the service, offering quality vehicles, affordable pricing, and a friendly atmosphere. The Hall family has been deeply involved in the success of the dealership every step of the way. Dewey and Sharon Hall worked side-by-side to open the humble one-car showroom in 1976. Their son Jamie worked as a car washer and studied automotive marketing in college and is now Director of Operations. Dewey and Sharon’s other son Jeff also worked in service and parts, helping to provide unparalleled service. In short, the whole family is invested in the dealership’s success.

One of the keys to success here at Gan Chev is our commitment to service. Our Service Department is running like a well- oiled machine, constantly adapting to bring you the best customer service possible. All of our service technicians attend annual training sessions to stay ahead of the changing technology in today’s highly developed engines and vehicle technologies. The more knowledge that our technicians have about all types of vehicles, the better equipped we are to serve our customers.

For years we have been known for our pick-up and delivery service, a convenience that we are happy to offer to our valued customers. Don’t have time to come to the dealership for your oil change, seasonal tire swap or break service? No problem! Just ask for a pick up when booking your appointment and we will come to you! We pick up your vehicle, complete the service and then return your vehicle to your home, work or school. No need to take time off work or leave the house for your next service appointment. This service has also been adapted to our sales department! We are happy to bring a test drive to you!

Our new state of the art CSN collision centre, located at 380 Herbert Street, Gananoque is fully equipped and our highly trained technicians are able to do the smallest of repairs right up to major collision and aluminium repairs. We are a preferred repair facility for most major insurance companies across Canada and offer the same level of customer service that you are used to at Gan Chev!

One of our most important accomplishments is our commitment to the Gananoque community. Our dealership has a history of charitable donations and sponsorships to organizations like local hockey teams, festivals, fundraising events, tournaments, and more. We are proud of our ongoing relationship with many local organizations like the Thousand Islands Playhouse, the Gananoque Food Bank, The Gan Chev Islanders, The Gananoque Humane Society and TIA.
